«Klondike Band» scarcely can be taken to nostalgic and conservative structure, musical orientation of group is simple enough although – their music is based on a blues, swing and rok'n'roll' traditions of middle of ÕÕ century. Not because of demanding attitude toward a modern sound, «Klondike Band» combines naive romanticism of 50th, revolutionary ideas of 60th and healthy ironical look of our contemporary successfully. «Klondike Band» with kind regards behaves to classic music which plays, but not feel like the primitive copying. To every separate song «Klondike Band» searches own approach, that to expose and underline its individuality and maximally to express the vision of material. However, ideological basis of repertoire «Klondike Band» is authoring songs which in combination with the classics of genre sound yet more organically. «Klondike Band» began the existence in 1990 year as a rockabilly quartet. In the first composition a group executed mainly author songs, but already in the end 90õ began actively to master the wide layer of blues and rock classics. The present sounding began to be formed with arrival in 2001 year of brass section. A group actively tours and in 2005 year becomes a winner on a festival «Honest Music of Dezhavyu». Presently «Klondike Band» it seven people, combined general musical purpose and permanent of principle look to this life.
